Nortel Sells Carrier Voip Biz To Genband For $282 Million
Nortel is selling its Carrier VoIP and Applications Solutions (CVAS) business to Genband for $282 million, the latest asset to be liquidated following a failed restructuring under Chapter 11 bankruptcy.
